What are social book mark TAGS?

First, let us explain what social bookmarks are. A social bookmark site (SMB) is one where anyone can keep a list of their favorite websites. These are also known as “favorites”. When someone makes a "book mark" of their favorite site they also add "tags" to the link. The tags are completely subjective and personally note about a “book marked” site. However, they tend to follow a logical structure.
